Make up artistic Director

Ana Desin cooperates with Gianluca Sasso since 1999. She is working as a make up artist for Gianluca Sasso since 2002 . In 2004 Ana went to the Cinema Make Up School in Los Angeles to take her master . From 2003 to 2012 Ana Desin was working as a Sebastian professional P&G make up artist and make up educator. Since 2004 Ana has been responsible for the International Studio Make up department, to create and perform all the make up art works for the Salon including Press, Fashion, Entertainment, Music and Cinema.

In 2010 Ana became the artistic director of the make up department at the Academy F. Since then she is together with Gianluca dedicated to the development of basic make- up courses and inspirational make up collections for the Academy.

colour Educator

Nel 1998 Cinzia ha 17 anni e comincia il suo percorso di parrucchiera con Gianluca Sasso nel salone International Studio di Firenze. Già da allora si appassiona al reparto tecnico del salone. Si specializza in colorazioni e tutti i tipi di servizi tecnici, fino a diventare la responsabile tecnica del salone. Nel 2003 Gianluca la porta con sé nel salone in Grecia e Cinzia comincia le prime esperienze di formatrice tecnica insegnando tecniche di colorazioni varie allo staff del salone di Patrasso. La sua artisticità nel reparto tecnico in particolare colorazione, decolorazione, colpi di sole, balayage si sviluppa a tal punto che Cinzia diventa l’assistente personale di Gianluca Sasso per i servizi tecnici dei grandi show dell’Accademia, oltre a curare per Gianluca le colorazioni dei clienti del salone di Firenze. Inoltre Cinzia ha partecipato e partecipa tutt’oggi alla realizzazione dei video emozionali e delle immagini ufficiali dell’AcademyF. La sua carriera vicino a Gianluca ad oggi dura da circa 24 anni.

cut & colour Educator

Ilaria grow up in the hair salon of her father Vittorio. She always say: “Do not exist a more fun environment for a kid than a hair salon … has always been my magical toy room!”. In 2009 began her career as a hairdresser at age of 19 after graduating from high school. In this period Ilaria she went to the Academy of Hairstyle and theatre Make Up at the “La Scala Theatre” in Milan. After the academic period Ilaria was selected to starts working as a hairdresser for the La Scala Theatre. After a year, however, Ilaria decides to go to work in the salon by her father for a year and then in 2012 she joins the artistic team of the “International Studio” hair salon founded in 1983 in Florence by Gianluca Sasso. Already after a year working at the salon her talent and commitment gave her the possibility to be part of the AcademyF.

CORE TEAM CUTTING EDUCATION

In 2002 Vittorio Manghisi met Gianluca Sasso and that was the starting point of there collaboration in the educating field.

The journey of their artistic career, born of mutual respect and love for the profession, is intertwined and today remains still active. In

2010 he joined the Artistic Team of Academy F with Gianluca Sasso. They worked together on shows, seminars, and workshops. From 2011 on, he dedicates exclusively to the Academy F artistic team with “Fusion Cutting Methodology” and to all related work at the Academy.

Educator

Inizia la sua carriera di parrucchiere con Gianluca Sasso nel 2012. Walter sviluppa all’interno del salone International Studio di Firenze la sua passione per il taglio dei capelli. Nel tempo si specializza in tecniche di taglio fino a diventare junior educator all’accademia di Gianluca AcademyF. Partecipa con Gianluca a grandi show nazionali ed internazionali performando sia backstage che in pedana. Inoltre Walter partecipa attivamente come assistente di Gianluca agli shooting foto e video dell’ AcademyF. Nel 2022 apre il proprio salone a Greve in Chianti provincia di Firenze. Walter continua comunque la propria carriera di parrucchiere formatore nell’AcademyF di Gianluca Sasso ed è membro ufficiale del team artistico dell’accademia.

Educator

Inizia a lavorare come apprendista nel salone di Treviso di Paola Stradotto. Dopo anni di collaborazione nel salone di Paola ne diventa socio. Coadiuvato da professionisti, organizza e gestisce hair shows di vario genere. Inoltre affianca Paola nell’insegnamento in una scuola di parrucchieri a Treviso. Alvise che è figlio d’arte rileva l’avviato e rinomato salone di suo padre nel centro storico di Treviso e lo conduce per 10 anni. Nel 2010 decide insieme alla sua socia Paola di chiudere i rispettivi salone ed a concentrare le 2 attività in un’unica location. Ed è così che nasce a treviso Labpaolalvise. Nel 2017 Alvise assieme a Danny viene selezionato da Gianluca Sasso come formatore ed entra a fare parte del team artistico di AcademyF. Alvise inoltre partecipa attivamente allo shooting Foto e Video delle collezioni di taglio ufficiali AcademyF Rockcuts e BW Priveè rockuts. Alvise collabora tutt’oggi con Gianluca ed è membro ufficiale del team artistico dell’accademia.
